LOWX is a program to determine all subgroups
of a finitely presented group up to a given (low) index.
The program incorporates three adaptations of
the low index subgroups algorithm:
standard: finding a representative from each
conjugacy class of all subgroups.
normal: finding normal subgroups only.
mixed: finding normal subgroups but with cosets
enumerated over an intermediate subgroup.
