LOWX is a program to determine all subgroups of a finitely presented group up to a given (low) index.

PYDESIGN is a collection of Python modules and applications to provide a computational framework for working with combinatorial and statistical designs.

PYNAUTY is a Python extension module for isomorphism testing and computing automorphism groups of vertex-colored graphs.
