larger designs?

Hello,

I am a graduate student from University of Maryland, USA and have just 
started working with design theory. I need to access and manipulate 
various designs (mostly BIBD and symmetric BIBDs) with large $b$ and $v$ 
values, in the orders of thousands. For example, a design of (v=b=10303, 
k=102, \lambda=1)
or even (v=b=100807, k=318, \lambda = 1).

Is there a database that contains such design sizes?

If not, how can I obtain them?

Any help I can get would be much appreciated!
