partial linear spaces added to files database

Dear Developers,

I have added to the DesignTheory.org files database a large collection
of connected partial linear spaces with given (v,b,r,k), and their
resolutions.  See http://designtheory.org/database/v-b-r-k-PLS/ for
more details.  (A *partial linear space* is a binary block design with
the property that each pair of distinct points is contained in at most
one block.) The special case of block size 2, i.e. simple connected regular
graphs, is included for v<=12.
