new "articles" subtree in CVS

I have opened a new subtree in the CVS repository for articles related
to the project. The directory is called "articles". To check it out
first time, type:

    cvs checkout DTRS/articles

The first entry in it is the "tehran/" subdir containing the initial
latex source of the article on the External Representation for
Proceedings of Design conference in Tehran. The directory also contains
the usual Makefile and Readme files. Type 'make' in this subdir, to get
a list of targets.
