At Peter's suggestion, here is a list of jobs that need to be done on the
Tehran paper, and people to do them.

General questions: Do any of the existing short sections need expanding?
Does what is there now (mostly either written by me or pinched from the
ext-rep documentation or Encyclopaedia articles) make sense? Is it coherent?

2.1: Add the top of the design tree and some comments: RAB, PJC

5: Say something about the database: PD (and others)

6: Something about DESIGN and a worked example (LHS), some of the research
that has been done with it (PD, JPM, LHS)

Also, the quoted parts of the ext-rep document may be out of date.
This should be checked at the time of the release of this.
