Indicators + the database

I agree that it is very legitimate question that why not to add all the
atomic database indicators to the ext-rep indicators too, making the
ext-rep indicators a superset of the database indicators. My reply to
this is that we should strike a balance and not to add "unpopular"
indicators to the ext-rep if the information they carry is also
represented in a more complex subtree, very likely in a
<function-on...>.
