indicators of statistical properties

Having "combinatorial properties" seems reasonable.
Incidentally, the ext-rep document already promotes this structure
having a chapter with this title on the same level as, for example,
statistical properties.

If we have a <combinatorial_properties> subtree should this then
swallow <t_desing_properties>, <point_concurrences> and
<block_concurrences>?
