GAP Reader

Dear All,

I now have a bare-bones GAP reader, which can read in designs in
ext-rep format, convert the designs to GAP format, and pass on (in XML
format) properties, such as statistical properties, which my GAP
Expander cannot make. My GAP Writer will now write these "passed on"
properties.

A first use of this new Reader/Expander/Writer combination has been
(starting with one of JP's examples) to create a complete example,
including statistical properties, for the Appendix of ext-rep.txt.
