For the record, I will be at a workshop in Tehran next week. There are
lots of design theorists there, and I want to tell them about what
we are doing. Even if the specifitation is not released, I hope you don't
mind if I talk about parts of it.

You will see that I had the same problem with the documentation. So I am
in favour of this change.
