Dear Design Theorists,

I am pleased to announce the release of Version 1.2 of the DESIGN Package
for GAP.  As you can see below, much functionality has been added; in
particular there are certain new functions to derive information from
t-design parameters.

The DESIGN package is for constructing, classifying, partitioning and
studying block designs.

the parameters (in a backward compatible way) to match the description
of the "*-construction" in the McSorley-Soicher paper.
